Aid for the people of Burundi.

From December 26 2018 to January 6 2019, 74 volunteers from all over the world traveled to the impoverished rural area of Bakafa, about 50 miles from the capital city of Addis Ababa, and held our 7th humanitarian mission in service of the needy people in that region.

Mission Goals

Our goal for the mission consisted of providing aid relief to the locals of rural Bakafa in the following ways:

Clinic
Running a free clinic fully equipped with medical, lab, pharmacy, and dental services.

Volunteer Testimonials

This was what I was born to do.

“I'm glad we were able to go there and work 110% without having to worry about basic things like safety, water and food. Administration did a good job of providing that. I was able to fully engage myself in service and immerse myself in what I was doing. I felt like this was what I was born to do.”

It was great reward for me.

“I know that I can make someone's life much better and it was great reward for me, it felt good.”

I loved that I was able to learn so much.

“I loved that I was able to learn so much from the medical team. I also really loved that we were able to interact with the community and I would love more of that.”
